Car insurance cancelation

Today on the 5th of May 2021 have decided to cancel my Insurance with bugdet the consultants were very rude and one had just dropped a phone on me... After calling for the second time asking gor a cancelation email and recording of my call... She said an email will be send to you then let me ask for a recording then i was still waiting for her to update me on that because she said i must wait the she spoke with someone on her side and slam the call off... I am happy that I've canceled my insurance in time because i realised that i was not going to be serviced willl and the reason y i cancelled the my car insurance was that they were not honest on when the first payment will be deducted fron my account the said it will be deducted on Monday 03 may 2021 but was made on 01 May 2021 days before our agreement....
