Car Insurance and Value add services

I've had a horrific time with this Company how they've treated me as a client of theirs for 4 years claim free. Firstly i got a new car in April and tried to quote for comprehensive insurance with them they quoted me R2395 having been a driver since 2017 and been with them for so long. My main issue is in trying to cancel my policy with them as i informed them I'd sold my previous car they in August and cancelled begining October they continued to debit my account at the end of October R475 for the main policy and R393.88 for scratch, dents and tyres totalling to R868.88 which ive paid every month since 2021 without fail as exorbitant as it is for third party insurance cover. At the end of November debited me R393.88 for a value add service of scratch, dents, rims and tyres claiming that this is a seperate service that needs to be cancelled on its own. Although I'd told them to cancel everything. I called them this morning to ask why and a way forward as ive tried with everything i have to cancel it with my bank but to no success as thr insurer has to be the one to remove the debit order. I asked for a refund and asked if there is any cash back due to me as i was told i have no monies due to me.

Before cancelling im being offered quotes multiple times although explicitly saying im not interested which gives me the impression that they intentionally debited these amounts to forcefully retain me as a paying customer.

I will never ever recommend them as a company and will never consider using them again.
