Car insurance

I hugely disappointing with the way Budget Insurance are conducting their business, for starters when one takes up car insurance they inspect your car without leaving any details which is what frustrate me the most. They never go through the details of a particular vehicle until you have an accident then they come back to tell you that your car is a rebuilt and they will only cover 50% of the value of the car which is totally unacceptable to me. After your car's inspection they should refer back to you and tell you their findings that Mr/ Mrs So and so since your car is a rebuilt in the event of an accident and your vehicle is written off expect so much payment. not what they are doing cause now this is a legal matter.
