CAR INCOMPLETELY FIXED.

Afternoon was involve in car accident 24 July 2017. Only got my car on 12 January 2018. It was incompletely fixed. Panel beaters promised to order parts on the 15 January 2017. Till today nobody has contacted me with process of returning the car to be completely fixed. Budget insurance is debiting full amount every month yet I am driving incompletely fixed car daily.????????
