Car in more damage
Budget insurance has dicliened my claim,after doing so dey then stated my car might be ****** and that it is a paper care(cloned car) in which the VIN number was messed around with. They then told me they will be towing mycar to my house on the 11th hour dey den tell me my car has been towed to the SAPS without giving me a proper reason to why or informing me before it was towed ,after 2 months I then get my car back with a hole lot of new damages and ****** parts ,today they have mailed me to say that they are not going to pay for my damages as it was caused by SAPS and not them,I really need help with this as they offering bad bad service if not any at all ,I'm wanting to take legal action if anyone willing to help me please get me on***
