CAR IN FOR REPAIRS SINCE NOVEMBER 2014

I was involved in a car accident in late October 2014 and my car was since taken in for panel beating. I have tried to exercise patience but it is now totally expended. The most frustrating part is that Budget Insurance hasn't called me for over a month now. Their appointed service provider is shifting the goal posts weekly because their initial release date was January 2015 then February, again March and when I collected the car in March, the workmanship was appalling. I returned the car the next day and left it until now. I have been without my car for 6 months now and demand a courtesy car until they finish the repairs. <br> Disgruntled customer. <br> <br> Mrs N.S Thulo
