Car hire

I've been dealing with Thando she sold me a policy with incorrect cover.<br> I informed that I need car hire cover for Mechanical cover as my current insurance does cover mechanical car hire and if you can't cover me for mechanical then I won't be interested. Thando informed that budget does cover for mechanical car hire a car will be available only after 3 days. <br> I received my policy pack and nowhere is indicated on mechanical car hire. I then asked Thando to re submit my policy stating mechanical car hire as it's not indicated on the policy.<br> Thando advised that she will submit the brochure where mechanical car hire is indicated. I called on the 05/06/15 and spoke to another agent and was informed that budget does not cover mechanical car hire.<br> <br> I've requested this to be escalated to the most senior manager as I have been given incorrect information and I had cancelled my current insurance.
