Car Damaged in October 2014 STILL NOT REPAIRED
I dont know what to do anymore. I have spoken to the call centre, i have emailed various persons and not even one response over all these months. PATHETIC SERVICE. Vehicle was involved in an accident after being only 5 weeks old. The panel shop which is VW approved which i requested was rejected for a Budget approved panel shop. Car has been to panel shop twice and they cannot fix. Had a new claim in early Feb still not fixed. <br> <br> Please explain why am i still paying a premium if there is no service. i hope from this platform someone will have the decency to call me and rectify this. My next step is to cancel and take legal action for repairs not made to my car in 4 months and 2 months respectively.
