Car claims

I made claim on the 5th of April 2023 as I got into car accident, they asked me to call after long weekend which was Tuesday the 11th, I did call and they said they will pay for the damages, they booked my car for repairs with panel beater (auto magic) I went to Auto magic only to find that the insurance canceled my claims, I did call them to find out why but they didn't give answers they said they will call within 48 hours as they gonna find out why but they didn't call and I called them for feedback, I didn't get the answer, I kept calling until I asked them to transfer my call to the manager the phone hanged up, and I called again the phone hanged up again. It has been more than a month since I made claims but my car is not repaired at all and there is no hope since the calls are hanging up. I am not happy with this budget Insurance and I will never recommend it....DISAPPOINTED!!!
