****** car claim declined based on Waidler report

I have had a very bad experience with budget insurance. My vehicle was ****** on 7 July 2023 and the claim was declined on grounds that they used a third party company called, WAIDLER. This company claims that the key that was used to ***** the vehicle is the same key that we provided. Their data does not correspond with my car track because they base their diagnosis on the latest key system update. Mind you, I had the key all the time and the time they claim the key was with the car when it switched off it is the time I was at the police station with the car key opening a case. This Waidler company is a **** and budget insurance is using it to also decline claims of their customers. Take insurance with Budget at your own risk cause you are good as not having an insurance company.
