Car accident claim
Whatever life throws at you, NEVER take Budget insurance! I claimed 3 weeks back after a car accident and my car is still here with me, not repaired and the communication from Budget is extremely poor! It hurts because every month I pay on time and this is the treatment I get when it's time for them to deliver service. Definitely leaving them!

29 Aug 2024, 16:18I've been told that everyday for the past 3 weeks " we will contact you" and guess what? Zero contact and the car is still here with me and I need it there's no public transport around. I really regret the day I joined you guys!
