Can't get the debit date correct

If it's not you guys trying to debit early before the agreed date, you top it off by debiting me twice for the Nov premium. You guys are the worst. I'm literally shopping for new insurance don't care how expensive it is I will go to them just so I don't have this experience you guys are giving me. You guys are creating unnecessary charges for me at the bank. Arg worst insurance and worse u guys don't explain everything when you make us join then when we claim it's not successful cause of a claw in the contract that should have been explained. I hate you guys seriously and I will not recommend you to anyone
