CANCELLED DEBIT ORDER

We have been trying to cancel our policy since January 2023 because we moved to Botswana. The debit order keeps going off pushing my South African Bank account into overdraft. When I try to lock in it says policy cancelled so how in the world does the debit order keep on going off. Not satisfied with the service.
