CANCELATIONS

I was in a call with SHAYILIME MAHWAI and SINDISIWE LENKOE to assist me with the policy that I have asked to be cancelled on Monday on the 16 February only to find out that the policy is been active and sindisiwe she asked me to hold and hang up the line

I don't how you work but these is very poor business services I ever had, I have been calling the whole week asking for policy to be cancelled and you keep on transferring me to Auto and general ..I want the call recordings of Monday so that I can have full proof of my request that I made to you

Remember how you read you script to me "all calls are recorded and record can be **** available upon you request " So please send me those recordings I want to find a assistant to OMBASMAN with these case cos clearly you as representative and you team leader or manager you fail to do you work.

JUST CANCEL MY POLICY ,and if you reconsider to cancel it on a correct f DATE 16/02/2026 don't for get my pro-rata ..
