Cancelation of my Policy

I have sent numerous emails asking them to please cancel my policy and confirm that they have done so. They keep on answering me to please phone them. I have phoned twice and spoken to a robot and he asks me the same questions over and over. I have sold my car and that is all that was insured and that is all that I want canceled
