Cancelation nightmare

I am very annoyed right now by the service I got from Kaylene Govender from Budget inssurance cancelation department, to start with she is refusing to cancel the issurance that I pay with my own money, can someone who is able to help customers call me, I am very dissappelointed by Budget insurance, why is it so difficult to cancel when is so easy to deduct a premiums????? I ha ve been trying to get hold of the customer service line for the past week the number ***) is not working ,I had to call emergency road side number *** in order to get through to to cancelations, Now Kaylee Govender have a nerve of deciding for me on when to cancel, she can't even allow me to speak to anyone else, she tells ne the manager is not available, what kind of cancelation department is this? It does not have a manger or a Team leader ??

Please cancel this car inssurance and refund my money asa asap.
