Cancel my policies

Since I took out my policy with Budget I have nothing but problems. 2 months the debit doesnt go off, then one month it goes off not problem.

I asked them to cancel the policy how many times to no avail, i want it cancelled cos they making me look bad for the fact that i know there is money in the account on the 25th
