Calling through budget to speak to an actual person is stressful

I had a very bad experience with calling through budget the AI voice over is ridiculous and after I provided my details I get transferred not even to the right department then I start all over again provide my details then I get to be transfered again only not to speak to anyone. I am not happy with your AI situation.
