Called in to put in a claim for Scratch and Dent, I usually avoid these calls to put in a claim because they always come with issues. Today I spoke to the kindest lady named Suraya Soobrathi. She was so helpful, we even laughed about the way in which the scratch happened. She listened and there were no issues at all. HOORAY!!! 10/10 for her excellent customer service
