Called Budget. An AI bot answered, and it was honestly the most painful 3 minutes. 😅 They really need to improve that! Once I was directed to an actual agent, though, the claim took less than 5 minutes to process. So simple, hassle-free, and an absolute pleasure. The AI experience needs some work, but the actual service was fantastic
