Call Center Hell From Budget Insurance

Unfortunately Budget Insurance employees at the call center keep on calling me even though I have told them several times that someone used my number to request a quote as a prank. They keep on calling every 30min or so and call more than once. I have requested my number be removed from the database to no avail. I have now blocked Budget Insurance and would never use them as a service provider, because any company who's staff can do this, will be a headache to deal with on all levels. So I ask again Budget, don't call me, I'll call you if I want your service. Please also add an OTP for numbers to verify somehow those requesting quotes online as this calling violates the POPI act and can be construed as SPAM.
