By far the most *********** Insurer in market

So after having several issues with my claim, my car was eventually written off in October 2018. I added another vehicle on cover. I called 1 February 2019 to establish why my debit order hasn't gone off, I was informed that my policy was cancelled and that they "would have" informed me of this. The last correspondence I got from Budget was 15 January 2019 to inform me that my debit order hasn't gone off. I didn't think anything of it as I know they will attempt to debit again. My policy needs to be instated with immediate effect as it wasn't supposed to have been cancelled in the first place. As per FAIS you need to inform the policy holder, if a policy has been cancelled. If the matter can't be resolved I will take it up with the FAIS Ombudman.
