Buy extra patience just to claim with Budget

Budget insurance is still by far the worst insurance to deal with, as a their client or even if you claiming as a third party. they will give you the run arounds when you have to claim and they don't even feel the need to keep you updated you have to call them everyday for feedback and they will tell you the same thing for weeks that "waiting for admin to authorize" for weeks on end , then on top of that they tell you that you have to go fix your own car after a whole back and forth for weeks still no resolution for an accident that happened on 31st of May 2024 and today it's the 8th July still waiting, even the extra patience I had has ran out. Budget Insurance is the worst insurance to deal with.
