Business Insurance Nightmare

My business vehicle was hijacked and recovered by the tracking company within an hour, I then notified Budget insurance as my insurer, gave them all the relevant details and documents, case number, circulation number, car papers, honestly shared what had happened, then my troubles began, my vehicle was not collected on the specified date from the police pound, when it was eventually fetched it had further damage than when it was recovered, then it was silence for almost a week, the claim Consultant by the name of Gregory ignored all my emails in my attempt to find clarity on the status of my claim, eventually I was told that my claim was unfinilised, this was not clear as to why, then I was told this would be management's decision because my delivery service vehicle was being driven by a hired driver and not myself as the business owner which was covered to my knowledge given the nature of my business (delivery service). I have since lost income for the period concerned. My experience has been horrible given the amount money I have paid without missing a single payment. I am still without the vehicle, it is being held with Telesure who did the assessment. This shows the lack of understanding of the market they serve, especially small businesses who do not have the luxury of the delays as in my case. I pray the matter is finalized before Christmas. The adverts are not a reflection of the service. Even if you "Budget" expect a nightmare from Budget business insurance.
