Bunch of ******

As per my claim lodged my car was ****** ,today I am called by Farok telling me that he has asked my neighbors and found out the car has been away for over a year. Firstly the car travels to pretoria almost every weekend cause that is where my wife is based and I stay and I'm based in musina. Now the strange thing is they are apparently interviewing witnesses or my neighbors, but were these people interviewed and invloved when I took the insurance with them. There is proof as to which car my wife was using to work prior to the car being ******. Why don't you ask us for proof to show all these doubts you are having unlike interviewing people who you have no contract or deal with. When I asked all these questions to Farok he said he is just a messenger and I should ask budget insurance. Does a person choose where they will be ******. Cause if that's the case we won't be in this situation. Does the contract state that the car can only be ****** at the Residencial area listed? When I ask him from telesure is the car only supposed to be ****** at the address given he rep**** by saying my question is irrelevant I must only listen to him as he does the talking and complying a report. How am I expected to change adress when the car is 80% of the times in musina and I only come to pretoria weekend. He says the car has been driven by my wife for over a year there is no where the contract states she is not allowed to drive the car as she has a valid drivers license which is what is required from insurance. Stop ducking and diving. I have heard and read about budget being ****** but now I'm experiencing it first hand. My wife's car is also with budget I'm disappointed in you and feel like you took me for a ride... my advise to anyone from now on will be don't dare insure with budget as they only have their best interest at heart and act like they are u til something bad happens.... SWITCH TO BUDGET IF YOU WANT TO BE CONER....
