Bugdet insurance worst insurance COMPANY

Budget insurance is the worst insurance ever, i took up the dents and scratches cover, i paid for almost a year, and now i wamted to claim, they say they only cover till R3000 and my damage is R6900 , they cannot assist i must claim on the comprehensive insurance, i went to the place for assessment for the scratches now i was referred to a different place for another assessment for the comprehensive insurance, i have been transferred from pillar to post. And when i asked why cant instead let me pay the different of R3900 and they can then pay the R3000 for the cover, i was told No, and mind you my comprehensive excess is R5800, so instead of giving me options of paying the difference for the cratches and dent of R3900 i must pay R5800 for my excess on the main insurance. Its a *******, they are the worst . Worst insurance ever..Now i'm still waiting for them to tell me when my claim will be finalised ,2days have gone by .
