Bugded Insurance VAP claims are just a thorn on the flesh

I have put a claim in July the 5th about my two tyres which were damaged and i was told the claim will be finalised within 3 days but never gotten any call since then I took it upon myself to call the insurance company and they said my claim had missing info like my tyre pictures and thread meter and license disc and i sent them this documents but still no correspondence or any info. I called some time in August to check what causes the delay but was told that i was approved for one tyre and i asked them why one tyre when i put a claim for two tyres from incident that happened in two different days and i was told the person who put claim said one tyre and i requested them to listen to our call since its been recorded but they never gotten back to me regarding that also. I also did my follow up again and this tym i was told i had missing documents which is ny id and driving license and speedometer reading , i sent them and they said i will get my final claim details in 48 hours and now its been more than 48 and the claim is not yet finalised Today when i call them the Lady Sindi Masondo said the operator who is Jane Miller will get back to me within 24 hours after waiting for more than that i still have to wait
