<p>Never ever have I had such a nightmare with insurance company until now, this Budget insurance is the worst in all my +15years of driving and being fully insured. All communications come via the insurance's service providers - panel beaters [claim denied and found out from panel beater that is was all of a sudden approved] , 10 minutes ago I received a call from the hired car company: Mr Stone, your insurance sent us an email that the hired car was due on the 9th, today is the 13th and the car was due on the 9th and yes I still do not have my car back so maybe I am just supposed to use taxis until I fetch the car. It has been one nightmare after another with Budget. I need to wake up very soon from this nightmare, #budgetinsurancemustfall -- process loading. </p>
