Budget/Auto & general horror

If only it was possible to give a ZERO rating i would, if you are looking for a service plan for your car, this is the last place you should check. 1st big probem i was not told when i took the plan was that i can't take my car to any mazda dealearship because not all of them have the vendor number.. Anyway i took it to the mazda in woodmaed where they said they have the number. MAZDA called Budget/Auto & general at around 9AM, by 15:30 they still have not given MAzda a go ahead to service the car, When i called i was transeferred to about 4 diffrernt people who didnt even help at the end, no one knew what they were doing, was put on hold for about and hour. as i type this am on my way to collect my unserviced mazda.
