Budget worst insurance!!!

Worst Service!! we took out insurance on our tyres a few months ago after the sales person called a few times we felt it was something we needed. few months on we hit a pothole and the tyre and rim was damaged, we put a claim in and its been 1month with no response. its always something else, cant open the documents, have not recieved the documents, still waiting on the claim to go through etc etc. i am really disappointed with how budget treats its customers. when its time to pay they collect on time but when its time to pay up they dont even return your calls.
