Budget Warranty is the pits!

I would give no star at all if possible. Budget Warranty department is the pits, I’ve been going back and forth with a claim for more almost a week now. Doing follow ups and holding for +- 30mins on the phone. For a week they lose submitted documents and everyday something new is required. Been with them for years and this is the service they give me. Letlhogonolo Ratsie does not respond to follow up emails, does not give any form of feedback. I even escalated to their manager Llewellyn Haffajee explaining my dissatisfaction on their service..till this day he also has not responded. Definitely considering cancelling my policy with them!
