Budget warranty is nonsense

I had my car radiator broken and it was subsequently found out that my petrol pump was also damaged. A claim was lodged with Budget insurance as I have a warranty with them. The cost for the radiator exceeds R10 000 and that for the petrol pump exceeds R2000. My claim was authorized at R4500 which includes both components and labor... The total costs of repairs is at least R24 000. The amount authorized does not even cover labor costs. Malaysia is the person that was supposed to assist me but he had failed dismally.
