Budget warranty Claims Dept made me wait for three and a half weeks

Budget warranty Claims Dept made me wait for three and a half weeks. Not advising me on the progress of my claim. I kept calling them then I was told that my claim was declined because the date of service was not correct. I will never advise anyone to deal with them and the bad service I received. I will be going to the ombudsman of the insurance company. Poor poor service from Budget not worth taking a policy with Budget.
