Budget Vas ripoff

just cancelled my scratch and dent policy with budget insurance and apparently you don't get any of your premiums paid back out to you.i have not claimed in all the time i have had this policy and i am positive that when i initially took this policy i was told by the sales agent that should i cancel without having claimed a portion of my premiums will be paid out to me.i see this policy as nothing but a ******* and the hoops you have to jump through just to claim makes it not worth keeping this policy.you are better of saving some money monthly towards unforseen circumstances.i am in the process of reviewing all my business with budget with the intention of taking my business elsewhere based on how i was treated.
