Budget VAP not fixing my car
I have been a member of budget VAP and they have been deducting money from my acc Andi have never missed even a single premium,my car had a problem and I called budget insurance and the consultants transfered me to the VAP department and the people from that department are not answering their phones and it's been more than 3 weeks since I have been trying to make a claim but no luck,I will never advice anyone to take the Budget insurance VAP warranty because if u need their services they are not picking up their phones

20 Dec 2023, 21:57I have been expecting a call from budget insurance,all the consultants are telling me that they will write emails to the VAP department and that department will get back to me till today there's no call from them.another consultant said that she will tell the people from VAP to call me back but till today no luck,I tried n tried to call but that department is useless to me
