BUDGET USELESS

Contacted Budget insurance about a third party claim. MR KJ MALUNGANE gave SAPS an incorrect address and he agreed to let his insurance pay for my vechilcle which was smashed. I called in the on 13th reference I received ***-1 spoke to Sinqobile ,she advised the lady I would need to deal with is CYNTHIA MASEKO, TO DATE SHE HAD NEVER CONTACTED ME. I CALLED IN ON THE 14TH SPOKE TO A VERY RUDE CINDY. MY CAR IS SMASHED COMPLETELY IT CANNOT DRIVE I HAVE TRIED TO BE PATIENT BUT NO ONE WANTS TO ASSIST THE PERSON WHO HAS INSURANCE WITH BUDGET WHO CAUSED THE CRASH BLOCKED OUR NUMBERS HE HAS RUN AWAY AND NOW I AM SITTING WITHOUT A CAR AND TO TOP IT OFF HE TOLD THE TOW TRUCKS TO REMOVE THE CARS NOW I CANNOT GET MY CAR BACK AS IT IS BY SOME STORAGAE FACILITY I HAVE LOST MY CAR AND NO ONE FROM BUDGET WANT S TO HELP ME FOR AN ACCIDENT THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT.
