Budget Tyre and Rim insurance is a complete nightmare when it comes to claim
Budget Tyre and Rim insurance is a complete nightmare when it comes to claims.
I have been struggling to just get someone to talk to the whole week. they always claim its busy is if they dont know the nature of their business especially around this time of the year.
The service is just PATHETIC and serious frustrating

13 Jan 2020, 16:35This has been annoyingly difficult, i am just running around to get this claim fully done. i am now being told that "payment department is holding the payment"... nothing is just moving without a fight here... its really NOT worth having this policy.
