Budget tyre and rim cover

Today this insurance company finalized the claim I had with them based on their employee information which was wrong regarding my claim and I spoke to one lady called Cynthia and she was really rude I asked her to give me proof of the voice call that they're saying I had with their employee but I was not furnished with it only told that my two tyres were now going to be paid at 3000 and each one costed 6700 but I have a cover with them for ten thousand a tyre yet Today they're saying they pay per incident nor per tyre and also said they have measured the tyre thread its 3 so I loose the 68% of the initial money towards the thread as the thread is the access and for the two rims I had a quote from their service provider for 14000.00 prr one rims but a lady called luvhuani makhubu called their service provider and asked them to change the quote and give me the quote for fixing the rims wereas the first quote was done by their provider to actually replace them. So now they're saying for all this things they paying only R9500.00 towards their service provider and I must pay the R13799.00 which is the difference to get my car fixed yet forgetful of the cover of ten thousand per tyre and ten thousand per rim. So how will I pay for two tyres and two rims with R9500.00
