Budget trying to rip me off

I had an accident late last year and my Car burnt down, but instead of getting assistance from Budget, they start doing the worst; 1 claiming I lyed about how the accident happened; 2; they hit my burnt car from behind as to make it look like the cause of the accident.. ( of which I took pictures and video of the car after the accident even when it was being taken away..) 3; they claimed only a stupid person can hit what I have hit 4; they keep bringing allegations and even made a final decision based on it, and claim am a risk to their company 5 ; they refused to give me our recording which I was talking to the arrogant investigator. 6; no single form of help came from them # they told me I was hit from behind as to reject my claim that I lyed about the cause,and I have 100% pictures that state otherwise.
