BUDGET STRIKES AGAIN WITH REJECTING CLAIMS

With that said, please allow me to also express my sincere disappointment and dissatisfaction at the way and manner in which budget insurance as an entity’s first thing is to deny claims.

I am very tired of that and as a result, I am going to move all my policies on the business and personal front from budget to a more open-minded or for a lack of a better word educative company.

My reason for this is that, when I got back last Friday night, I watched an episode of my favorite show in the lounge before going upstairs to retire for the night, I came back downstairs the next day and half of the screen on my 75” UHD 4K Smart Tv had too much green in it, I moved it to the study and spent all morning on it trying to fix it before I called to register a claim, can you believe that after it had been accessed, budget came back to me to tell me that it’s a wear and tear issue and that it’s not covered, which is totally wrong.

The thing is in my line of work I deal with the purchase and maintenance of high-end screen for client, when I need to install video conferencing facilities it’s these same high-end TVs that I use and this particular TV isn’t that old plus when a tv is about to bug out there will be signs that will let you know that there is something wrong or about to happen.

The lady also said that the guys said there was no black spot somewhere to indicate that there was an electrical issue that caused it, the fact is that not all power surge damages have the lag burn pattern that they were talking about, it depends on the intensity of the surge and which systems were affected, I have surge protection on my high-end electronics so it the surge was bad and it got arrested but something also happened you wouldn’t know.

Now based on how ridiculous I found that story to be I asked for a copy of the report from the “so-called accessors” as I write this it hasn’t been mailed to me, I went back took the receipt and tried to find the company that collected the tv from my house, I did find them but they are out in Benoni and all their contacts isn’t working so there is no way for me to find out from them directly also.

Now my question here is that how can a huge and somewhat credible outfit like budget be using a sketchy like this for its assessments, a company that can’t be traced or with no easy mode of communication and yet you want me to believe they had or did their work well.

Anyway, I have said enough and have noted my displeasure again this is happening and requested information is being withheld.

I have instructed my legal team to do their research and to find out how this can be dealt with once and for all and also find berieved clients out there with similar experiences to know how to go about this to achieve the best results.

Pertains to that I will be moving my policies and withdrawing g my last premiums as I will no more be with your outfit.

I won’t be paying my premiums on time, doing everything right and by the book and also keep having these issues.
