Budget stole my goods

Budget insurance stole my goods and haven't returned them almost one year ago. I submitted a claim and on1 of the 3 items where approved the 2 items that were declined where never returned to me after enquiring about them two weeks ago Budget still hasn't come back to me to let me know where my items are seems like they where ******.
