Budget short on feedback
They contacted me for business. I wasn't interested at the time. A year later I made contact with them. Sent them a copy of my present policy with Santam and asked for a quote.
I spoke with *** I sent him my existing policy to compare and give me a favourable quote as I have been dealing with a local broker for 30 years.
Despite several E-Mails to this fellow I never had the decency of a reply or any acknowledgement call back or nothing.
Incidentally I had to call several timers initially just in order to get a call back.
I then got a response from a lady called Megz Stainbank who apologised.
Since then, this was mid Feb, I have heard nothing at all despite several E-Mails asking why.
How can a company conduct business in such an haphazard manner?
