Budget service is just bad

I would just like to say the service at budget is so bad i clamed for hail damage on the 8th of march and its almost a month and i haven't head anything from them, i keep calling, spoke to 2 different people who said the hail company will contact me back but never did, today I'm holding on the line for 30mins and no one is answering this is bad and to be honest i which i didn't sign up with them
