HI
I have two complains regarding my claim, will you please be so kind and address ASAP
The vehicle was not fully repaired and the repairer said is because the assessor has make the bumper and all the fog-lights as old accident which I disagree as the scratch is due to the accident claimed and approved, please assist My car is at the repairer with leaking water, which the repairer says they are not responsible and I am the one who drove the car to them without any problems, the car was moving and they damage whatever is causing the leak and not willing to fix it, please advise on what should be done here
