Budget seem not honest with pricebeat

I challenged Budget on their price beat campaign by asking for a quote 24 April 2026, they could not beat my premium and the promised to pay me the difference between my premium and the one they quoted me.I was told that I need to send some documents for verification and was told that it takes at the most 30 days and I will get my money.I willowed up with them on the after a month so the consultant(via FB channel) advised that someone will call me and till today I am waiting.I don't actually worry about their call but the promise or are they just fooling us?
