Budget scratch and dent.....NO GUYS, TURN AROUND AND KEEP LOOKING! USELESS POLICY

I do not want budget to call me!! This is merely a warning to prospective clients wanting to join budget's scratch and dent! Please DO NOT!! I joined the scratch and dent and I can say with absolute cer*****y, these people do not know what they are doing. This is my third claim, the first time I just paid the full excess and rather went through my main insurance which is outsurance. Guys, outsurance is great! But anyways, with this claim, they have so called assessors, who assesses the damages and based on that a quote is obtained. Just booked in the vehicle and the assessors failed to add the blending. This is probably the most important part as the damages will be clearly visible if this is not attended to! So you tell me, if the assessors are so skilled, how did they manage to not include this? My third claim with them and not once was it a smooth process! I would not recommend this cover to anyone. I'll just keep them for the tyres! But scratch and dent?? No ways guys, turn around and keep looking. To Budget, please don't call me, I'm not interested. This is merely a warning to anyone researching complaints regarding your scratch and dent
