Budget ****

Every year there is an increase in cost for insurance,(in fine print) Budget send out emails, which not everybody reads or in a different email address, by time the customer wakes up its to late, as this year debit order was increased by R300.00 approx. When enquiring what this is about Budget tell you( Didn't you get the email you opened it on such a date at this time etc...….. Then you phone and discuss costs, Budget then discuss where to cut and it ends up less then what you were paying the year before. BUT THE FUNDS HAVE ALREADY BEEN DEDUCTED I ask this question or ******* 3000 people don't read a email x R300.00 = R900,000.00 nearly a million rand in the pocket of Budget what a ******* (theft actually) as you do not get the credit back. Come on Budget are we that stupid plus I have been with you nearly 12 years. some people don't even have data to get emails. more than 25 % increase.
