Budget ruins people’s credit scores and debits accounts on days not agreed on!

I have been with Budget for almost three years, and I’ve never submitted a claim. At the beginning of the year 2022, they debited my account before time and I let it slide, February they did it again, it bounced and I called them to rectify this and explain why it was happening. They said they would rectify it. March they did the same thing, I then called to cancel the policy, one of the cancelling consultants was rude with me. I then called and spoke to another consultant who was helpful and the policy was cancelled and all the relevant documentation was sent to me. It’s April now, today my account was debited even though I have cancelled my policy with them. I called to sort this out, I was told to hold on whilst I was being directed to the relevant department and I had to hold for the longest, I eventually hung up. No one has bothered to call me back and rectify the situation. Budget is ***********!
