Budget ruining your budget

So yesterday I hit a pothole while driving with family 86 kms from home budget says to take my car home will cost me to immediately pay an extra R1850, plus pay for whatever their service provider charges to taxi my family home after which I can get a rebate of R500 (they can't tell me how much it will be for taxi) so I have AA as well which due to distance will charge me a extra R800 (in contrast to budgets R1850) so I opt to use the AA as it's cheaper but now budget won't rebate the taxi service home as I'm not willing to pay their inflated fee for towing, don't trust Budget to budget for you they will just try to empty your wallet, Jam considering leaving them even tho they got me to take a 3 year netstar tracking
