Budget ******s insurance

I have been with Budget insurance for quite some time now. last month( july) i was ****** a bicycle at gunpoint and reported the matter to (police station) and also to budget since i am insured with them. Budget is failing to finalize my claim and we are now in the new month (August) now and nothing has been resolved yet and there is no communication from them at all. i am the one calling them every week for an update on my claim and im being told that the person (Kelvin Heerman) handling my claim is on lunch or promised to call me back and they never did. i am tired with the kind of service im getting. I cannnot trust them to help me in case where i am involved in an accident. this is realy worrying me everyday. i went through trauma of being pointed by the Gun and now is the Insurance.

I even asked them to re-fund all my contributions from the day i joined their insurance and they are failing to do that as well, instead THEY DEBITED THE MONTHLY PREMIUM ON MY ACCOUNT AGAIN FOR AUGUST MONTH.

I've had enough with this kind of treatment.
